Can I roll over Plus Miles points from one year to the next?
Yes, you can roll over your Plus Miles points from one year to another. Keep in mind, however, that your points expire after five years. Your Plus Miles points cannot be combined with anyone else's Plus Miles points.
Can I use my Plus Miles points for someone else to travel?
Yes, you can designate anyone to use your travel reward. However, only you and the authorized user(s) of your credit card account may request the redemption. All travel documents will be sent to the account billing address.
Can I choose my favorite airline?
The Plus Miles program is not limited to specific travel partners. You choose the destination and travel dates and Plus Miles travel coordinators will book your reservation with the airline offering the lowest available 21-day advance purchase, economy-fare ticket (subject to a maximum dollar value). If your preferred airline does not meet these criteria, you may pay the difference with your Plus Miles credit card and earn additional Plus Miles points at the same time.
What are net retail purchases?
Net retail purchases include all purchases you and any authorized user(s) make with your Plus Miles credit card(s), less credits and plus or minus any adjustments to your account.
